They’re kinda a big deal to us. Well, huge really. Our people are our brand, our everything. Our culture is integral to how we hire, support and grow our team of high performing professionals.
We invest time in getting to really know the individual members of our team; getting conversant with their strengths and career aspirations; and coaching and helping each individual member become even more successful than they would have been, had they not been a member of the group.
We get that most professionals choose to start consulting for different reasons, whether it’s more work, life balance or for the diversity that different clients, different engagements offer.
We’ll provide you with a supportive environment and the backing of a team that will be available to help you sound out ideas, construct solutions to problems and collaborate on solutions. We play as a team to increase morale, improve the service and value delivered to clients, and to secure better business.
You’re flexible? So are we. We are open to you working with us to design your working week to bring out your best. This could be as a permanent, fixed term or casual employee, or as a contractor.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss the role with us in more detail, please contact Jackie Wiggins- Principal Consultant – on 0410003875 or Jackie.wiggins@theprojectlab.com
