Tiff began her career as a corporate writer for large, blue-chip organisations. Trained by a retired journalist, she learnt to find the story through interviewing and research, digging into facts and details, identifying the audience, and refining a targeted delivery. Since 2003, she has honed her service of such clients, with a specific focus designing and managing e-learning projects for large financial institutions and insurance agencies, delivering marketing, communication and presales projects as a contractor to small and medium businesses, and run an internal Business Services team for local government in New South Wales.
With a trained eye for detail and a rigorous approach to implementing consistent processes, Tiff has gained a reputation for delivering results. Thorough planning, a commitment to quality, a consultative and collaborative approach with people, and open accountability are the hallmarks of Tiff’s work, and the reason our clients love her.
Place on the team
In 2023, with two decades of corporate life spent between Sydney and the Hunter Valley, Tiff relocated her family to Tasmania, set on bringing her experience and energy to the Apple Isle. Combining her business acumen with her altruistic heart, she was immediately attracted to The Project Lab’s passion for working with and supporting Tasmanian businesses to create positive and lasting change.
Tiff is excited by the ambition and commitment Tasmanian organisations have towards putting back into their own communities by providing the best products and services tailored to local needs, but with a greater initiative to impact and influence change beyond the island, too.
Working across The Project Lab’s internal team and clients, Tiff thrives on complex, challenging projects where her consistent, precise, and people-focused management style is helping to implement improved processes, support teams through change management, and leading the way for a positive legacy.
Make it Matter
Fully living out The Project Lab’s values, Tiff is genuinely inspired by organisations that are making a difference in their sector and communities. In 2017, she co-founded a not-for-profit(NFP), She Story Inc., a women’s movement focused on empowering and uplifting women to achieve their goals in work and life. Through her time contracting, she has made a point of working with NFPs and community organisations to leverage her business skills to better enable these organisations to establish their brand, audience and impact.
Now Tasmanian locals, Tiff and her family are embedding themselves in the community through their love of sport, in particular, soccer, and continuing to be a tourist in their hometown, as they soak in all that Tassie has to offer.
