Right from the start of her career, Crystal has shown her commitment to making Tasmania the most liveable island in the world through her time working for local not-for-profit health and community services organisations. With a passion for problem solving and talents in technology, Crystal began working in systems administration growing her knowledge and abilities to take on organisation wide, transformational system projects.

Crystal is excited by the challenge of finding solutions that will bring positive change within teams. Combining her perceptive eye for detail with her qualifications as a Certified Project Professional and Lean Six Sigma practitioner, she ensures that her projects are effective for both the organisation and the people that work there.  

Make it Matter

Crystal loves to travel and explore, particularly when she gets to visit places of warmer climates and natural beauty. However, she is most happy when she is exploring lutruwita on a long hike, encountering the state’s unique native flora and fauna.  

Very much aligned with The Project Lab’s value of ‘no waste’ Crystal is always keen to find opportunities to protect and conserve Tasmania’s natural environment and hopes to outwork this passion in her work as much as in her personal life.
