With a career spanning across community development, service design and business improvement for both the private and government sector, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and skills in stakeholder engagement, project management and business improvement. With a background in fine arts, her uniquely creative and insightful approach brings solutions to the more complex business challenges.
Nicole has always enjoyed working with businesses and communities. Highlights have been collaborating with Aboriginal Elders and individuals with disabilities to co-design programs that enhance service delivery. Passionate about human-centred design, in any project Nicole will seek to deliver outcomes that strengthen the business and bring positive change to the people it employs and serves.

Away from the office, Nicole combines her love of the arts and interest in health and wellbeing, seeking out creative projects that focus on helping people live their best lives. Whether that’s through sound therapy, herbal teas or art, there is lots to share and discover on our beautiful island.
